Large Loss Mastery Courses and Events

The Large Loss Mastery - ELITE course offers a hands-on, on-site, one-of-a-kind training experience conducted at iconic locations throughout North America and across the globe. The ELITE course gives the attendee the opportunity to be a part of a team that competes against other teams to win the case study exercise which includes;  fire, water, flood or natural disaster. The projects included in the LLM-E case study exercise are  complex events that require knowledge and expertise to successfully complete.  LLM-E is designed to give the attendee, regardless of the level of experience, the tools necessary and the hands-on experience to compete for any size property damage loss and complete them efficiently and effectively. 

What attendees learn:  Production rate calculations, damage assessment, estimating, scoping, contracting, vital document recovery, critical path planning, communications, documentation, invoicing and audit triggers.

This is a 3 + 4 day course consists of (1 or 2) days of instruction and 1day of case study exercise.  Typically, the LLM ELITE course can be conducted in a 3-day time period however, some courses require more time and will be listed as a 4-day LLM ELITE course.  All LLM courses are available for private events and can be customized to fit the needs of the client.  LLM ELITE is also available in a LIVE Online setting, 4 days @ 4 hour Zoom sessions per day featuring a virtual tour of an iconic property and large loss exercise.  All LLM ELITE courses utilize THE EDGE v3 estimating system. The Large Loss Mastery - ONE course is a two-day event that covers the same material as the ELITE course without the actual simulation or virtual exercise. This course is designed for attendees who may be on a tight schedule and may plan to attend a LLM ELITE event in the future or groups that may want a refresher of industry "best practices" for estimating, contracting and critical path management.  LLM ONE provides the attendee with the knowledge of exactly how to compete for sizeable commercial loss opportunities and complete them efficiently and effectively.

What attendees learn:  production rate calculations, damage assessment, estimating, scoping, contracting, vital document recovery, critical path planning, communications and documentation.  LLM-ONE is available both On-Line and in our Members only section and for individual classes at a desired location of the client/host.

Large Loss Mastery - NEXT PM  Complex Project Management picks up where our Large Loss Mastery - ELITE  estimating and contracting course leaves off with a comprehensive approach to managing the job after winning the job.  The 3-day training event, located at one of our Large Loss Mastery - ELITE locations with hands-on case studies designed to provide the attendee with the knowledge of exactly how to manage commercial property loss opportunities and complete them efficiently and effectively.
